Concerned about the construction of the Sino-Turkish Trans-Caspian Transportation Corridor, the Turkish Deputy Minister of Transportation visited Xi'a

In the afternoon of November 8, Mr. Enver Skurt, Deputy Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure of the Republic of Turkey, and Mr. Yuan Xiaojun, General Manager of Xi'an Free Trade Port Construction and Operation Company Limited, and his party visited Xi'an Neptune Supply Chain Co. Mr. Zhu Luzhi, Chairman and General Manager of Neptune Logistics Group, led the senior management team to receive them warmly.
During the visit, the two sides had an in-depth discussion on how to improve logistics efficiency and reduce operating costs. Zhu Luzhi introduced the development history, business layout and innovation achievements of Neptune Logistics. She said that in recent years, Neptune Logistics has been exploring new logistics modes and technology applications, such as introducing advanced logistics management system to realize full tracking and visualization management of cargoes; actively carrying out international cooperation, establishing extensive cooperation with several liner platforms and logistics enterprises, and launching the “Neptune Express” express liner, etc., to provide customers with more efficient and cost-effective logistics services. To provide customers with more efficient and cost-effective global logistics services; in September this year, she led a team all the way to the west along the Trans-Caspian International Transportation Corridor to inspect a number of important ports and terminals.
Mr. Enver Skulte praised Neptune Logistics for its efforts in opening up the trans-Caspian international transportation corridor, especially for its contribution to stabilizing the box source and reducing the total cost of transportation. He said that the Turkish side has given full support to the Trans-Caspian BTK route, organizing customs, railroads as well as local famous logistics enterprises to jointly provide protection for the important nodes such as liner loading, customs connection and in-transit timeliness.
At the meeting, Enver Skulte showed great concern and affirmation for the trans-Caspian trucking flight services provided by Neptune Logistics, he patiently listened to the practical experience of TIR transportation shared by the Group and expressed his expectation for more cooperation space between China and Turkey.
This study tour was initiated and invited by Xi'an Chanba International Port and Neptune Logistics Group. It not only deepened the cooperation between China and Turkey in the field of logistics, but also provided new ideas and directions for both sides in the future development of logistics.
